Trolley Rides –
Every day several restored antique streetcars operate on our 1.5 mile private demonstration railroad every 40-45 minutes from 10:10 am until 4:05 pm. Ride as many times as you wish.

Visitors Center – 
Here is where you will find our Admissions Desk where you can purchase your tickets which include unlimited rides on our regular fleet†. When you are at the Admissions Desk you will also be in our Museum Store. See more aobut our store below
The Visitors Center also houses our 1600 sq.ft.
Exhibit Hall. This facility is home to our History in Motion exhibit but also hosts Museum events such as Free Story Time. This space is also available for hosting private functions.
The Visitors Center is also where handicap accessible restrooms are located.

Museum Store –
Browse around where you will find many gift items, books and apparel for both adults and children. If it is time for a snack, munchies, drinks and frozen treats are available as well. There are unique treasures that will appeal to rail fans and souvenir hunters in general. Shop in person or online.

Relax –
The Museum offers ample free parking with handicap spaces adjacent to the entrance. Our parking is also suitable for buses and campers. Whether you bring your own lunch or purchase snacks from our store you can enjoy them at the tables in our multiple picnicking areas.

Exhibit buildings: –
The multiple buildings on our campus include three public exhibit barns varying in size from big to huge.
The Donald G. Curry Restoration Shop offers a public viewing gallery†† where visitors can look down on whichever cars happen to be in for maintenance or restoration. You will often catch one of the shop staff in the course of their work. Time providing they are happy to give you some insight as to what is going on down of the shop floor.
Large grassy campus: a variety of vintage vehicles and buildings are displayed outdoors.

Hiking –
Take a trolley to the trail – hike – catch a later trolley back to the visitor center. Our trail intersects with a major trail system that’s open to the public. Find out more!

Well-behaved dogs can experience the entire museum with their families! Thank you for reviewing our dog policy prior to your visit.

Geocaching –
Our Kennebunkport Museum Campus has three caches; Bring your GPSr!, and with the purchase of admission, you are welcome to find them! They are small (log & pencil), fairly easy to find, and ideal for beginners of the hobby.
